Head Staff Positions Overview
The Assistant Director works closely with the Camp Director to manage key components of the camp program. Daily duties are wide ranging and require a high degree of flexibility, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize. The Assistant Director is also responsible for the SLP program.
The Overnight Coordinator is focused on inspiring and mentoring Overnight Counsellors and overseeing the smooth running of the daily Overnight program. They will organize staff, plan schedules, check in with groups and much more.
Day Camp Coordinator
The Day Camp Coordinator is focused on inspiring and mentoring Day Camp Counsellors and overseeing the smooth running of the daily Day Camp program. They will organize staff, plan schedules, check in with groups and much more.
The Program Coordinator is focused on overseeing the daily work of the Program Team. This includes ensuring all camp facilities and equipment follow our increased sanitization standards and organizing creative program events throughout the camp week.
Health and Wellness Coordinator
The Health and Wellness Coordinator is focused on overseeing camp wellness through administering medication and providing first aid support. They will ensuring that campers, staff, and site visitors are following best practices under our Covid 19 policies.
The Head Cook will oversee the Kitchen Staff to ensure that the kitchen runs in a safe smooth manner. They are responsible for ordering food and ensuring that campers and staff recieve healthy tasty meals.
Main Staff Positions Overview
We are looking for Day Camp and Overnight Counsellors. Counsellors are responsible for the care and supervision of camper groups throughout the day.
As such, they will accompany their groups to all activities and will also have numerous opportunities to plan and facilitate fun and engaging programming for their campers.
Integration Counsellors are responsible for the care and supervision of campers that have special needs and need extra staff support to thrive at camp. They will acompany their 1:1 camper throughout the day and ensure they have the best possible camp experience.
Program Staff work with the Program Coordinator to make sure camp runs smoothly each day. They are in charge of making sure spaces are ready for fun and that equipment is where it needs to be.
They put their creative skills to use by planning new games every week and are often seen in costumes or covered in craft supplies.
Kitchen Staff work with our Head Cook to prepare nutritious tasty meals for the whole camp. When they are not working in the kitchen they will hop into various parts of camps to help with programming and supporting camper groups.
Kitchen Staff are hardworking flexible staff who love to prepare food and bring smiles to kids faces.

All Summer Staff Will:
Be a minimum of 16 years of age by December 31, 2022
Have strong leadership, initiative, and ability to work in a team leadership environment
