We are thrilled to be planning for 8 weeks of Day Camp and 7 weeks of Overnight camps in summer 2024 from . We’re looking for staff who will love, lead and serve campers with enthusiasm and excellence, and of course, a lot of silliness! We select staff members based on their readiness to provide caring, safe, and fun-filled experiences for campers. Our staff work together as a team to ensure that campers have as much fun as possible— while having fun themselves! Above all, we strive to create a supportive community among our staff, campers, families and camp supporters. Cave Springs staff build connections that last beyond their years at camp.
On the first and last weeks of the summer, all staff will work together on Day Camp and gather in the evenings for reflection and celebration. The staff orientation is weekend is May 11-12 and the staff training week is June 29 – July 5. As a part of dynamic team, staff will work together to learn skills and attitudes that make camp a magical and life-changing place for everyone. To be eligible for a summer staff position, candidates must be 16 years old by Dec. 31, 2024.
