A Cave Springs Theatre Camp combines camp activities like outdoor games, hikes and campfire with Theatre Activities like drama games, rehearsing scenes and learning song or dances. The climax is a show for families, friends and supporters near and far. It’s an opportunity for young people to develop theatre skills while also enjoying a camp experience. The final result features and celebrates the many talents and gifts our awesome campers.

At Theatre Camp, participants enjoy camp meals, camp friendships and sleeping in cabins.

At our most recent Theatre Camp, the campers presented about a play that was inspired by The Lorax by Dr. Seuss. It was an adaptation of the summer skit performed each day at camp. The humourous and inspiring story featured an imaginary planet, Merth, with talking creatures, magical trees, and villains who changed their evil ways.

Leadership and supervision at Theatre Camp is provided by experienced Cave Springs Staff who create a safe, inclusive and fun space for everyone involved.

There is currently no date set for our next Theatre Camp. Stay tuned!
