Why Cave Springs?

Cave Springs Camp, Retreat & Conference Centre is located between Beamsville and Vineland with stunning views of Lake Ontario and Toronto. It lends itself to the beautiful scenery of the adjacent vineyards, Bruce Trail and Niagara Escarpment.

Our facility rentals provide your group with the opportunity to explore nature. The property has 16 acres of hiking trails through forests and wetlands and access to the Bruce Trail. If you’re feeling adventurous, challenge yourself with the high ropes course!

Throughout the fall, winter and spring the centre can provide staffed outdoor activities and team-building experiences.

Features

Cave Springs Retreat and Conference Centre

The Retreat and Conference Centre is a 7,500 square foot, four-season hall and lodge. The upper floor has a community hall with vaulted ceilings equipped with a commercial kitchen.

Overnight sleeping accommodations are available on the lower level. Each of the eight rooms have 4 bunk beds and with independent control of the heat/AC.

The hall welcomes everyone with enhanced features for accessibility such as an elevator and gender-neutral, accessible washrooms.

The Lower Hall, featuring tall windows and a kitchenette, is suitable for workshops, physical activity such as yoga, dance, pilates, presentations or meetings.

Hoxie Hall

Hoxie Hall is a large rustic dining hall with a stone fireplace, vaulted pine ceilings, commercial kitchen and two gender-neutral bathrooms.

This versatile and unique space is perfect for large gatherings, retreats, youth groups and rustic wedding receptions between May and October.

Renting Hoxie Hall includes access to the new commercial kitchen.

Cabins

Rustic overnight accommodations can be found for up to 84 people in three-season cabins.

There are six cabins in total and each cabin sleeps 14 in bunk beds. The cabins have lighting and power.

The cabin circle has central washroom buildings with private showers & toilets.

The cabins are only available when renting one of the halls.

Forest Amphitheatre

The stunning outdoor amphitheatre is the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony or service. It is nestled in the rock formations of the escarpment surrounded with mature trees and features a stage and rows of elevated bench seating.

Outdoor Activity Areas

We offer several outdoor activity areas including an outdoor pavilion (picnic table seating for up to 60), swimming pool (June to September), campfire area, volleyball court, hiking trails, archery range and high ropes challenge course. These areas can be included alongside a facility rental.
