Now a year-round facility: camp, conference space and overnight retreat accommodations 

Among the many reasons 2020 will go down in history, the opening of Cave Springs Retreat and Conference Centre is one of them! With the global pandemic arriving the same month we were set to open, it was not the year we had expected but, we still had some fun.  Following all necessary health and safety regulations pertaining to Covid-19, the new year-round facility hosted a week-long wellness retreat, community meetings, small wedding ceremonies, and a leadership weekend retreat with great success. Our team is excited for the future hustle and bustle of events this new building will bring to Cave Springs and the community that surrounds us. 

Community donations and the inaugural virtual race fundraiser “Keep Cave Springs Running” generously supported the new facility with two large halls and sleeping accommodations for 32 people. The support of our community has always been greatly appreciated but, your support this year has been more needed then ever. 

2020 meant that our summer camp program and Spring/Fall school groups didn’t run as usual. It pushed us to think outside the box and so we brought you Camp-In-A-Box. This program was met with loving support from our camper families (whom we are so grateful for). The virtual camp programming was offered on our YouTube channel and included a virtual Servanthood Leadership Program with bi-weekly Zoom leadership seminars. 

Although this wasn’t the year any of us were expecting, we made the best of it!
