Program Description

Spring trips are a fun way to finish off the school year with your students. Come out and celebrate a great year through fun games, activities and nature education in May or June. We offer day trips, which include a range of activities with curriculum integrated. Our goal is to foster a meaningful sense of community within your students, and have them leave camp with a higher sense of self-confidence paired with unforgettable memories!

Our program is catered specifically based on the age of the students. We offer programs for kindergarten all the way to grade 12. We also work in tandem with the lead teacher(s) of your trip to plan the best day(s) possible for your students!

Activities:

  • Pond Study
  • Hiking
  • Team-building Initiatives
  • Campfire
  • Archery
  • Large Group Games
  • Orienteering
  • Scavenger Hunt
  • Swimming (June only *weather dependent*)
  • High Ropes (May only + $15 fee per student)

DAY TRIP:

Students are to bring their own bagged lunches. All teachers and parent volunteers are welcome at no additional cost. We expect teachers and parent volunteers to participate/supervise activities and assist our staff with managing the students.

Use of the high ropes course (May only) is an additional fee of $15 per student.

OVERNIGHT TRIP:

Students bring a bagged lunch for the first lunch. Cave Springs provides food for the remainder of the trip. All teachers and parent volunteers are welcome at no additional cost. We expect teachers and parent volunteers to participate/supervise activities and assist our staff with managing the students.
