COVID-19 and Camp
March 13, 2020
Amid growing precutionary measures in relation to COVID-19, Cave Springs Camp will be undertaking a series of procedural and policy updates to ensure that we remain inline with reccomended best health practices. Our updates will reflect the advice of our local health department, in connection to the Public Health Agency of Canada and will continue to evolve as new reccomendations are made.
As always, our primary focus is the health and well-being of our campers and staff members. We will be evaluating and updating:
-our arrival screening and health response procedures for this summer
-our cleaning procedures to include the specific anti-viral measures
-our foodservice procedures to ensure best practices and safety of everyone at camp
At this time all summer programs are scheduled to move forward as planned. We will be communicating regular updates about our plans, policies, and new protective & reactive procedures on this page.
