Weddings at Cave Springs Camp
Cave Springs Camp provides the space and some amenities for your wedding. We do not have officiants, caterers or staff to assist with your wedding. Site access will include:
- Main hall with attached kitchen (options for Legacy Hall, Hoxie Hall, or both)
- Outdoor chapel
- Outdoor pavillion
- Outdoor field and gathering space
All weddings enjoy exclusive use of the camp grounds for the duration of their time onsite
- Main indoor space seats approximately 100 people
- Outdoor chapel seats approximately 80 adults. Additional standing room is available
- Outdoor pavillion with fireplace and picnic tables seats approximately 80 people
- Outdoor field space is available for a large party tent (not provided by Cave Springs, must be rented seperately)
Wedding rentals include set up on Friday starting after 3pm until Sunday at 6pm, and access to the site through this time. Clean up must be complete by Sunday at 6pm. Arrangements for earlier or later arrival and departure times can be made with director (fees will be negotiated based on time adjustments).

- includes upper hall, stocked commercial kitchen, lower hall, and exclusive use of lower washroom facilities
- Legacy Hall AND Hoxie Hall: $4200
Bunkies (each sleeps 4): $35/night/bunkie, 8 available
Cabins: (each sleep 14): $25/night/cabin, 6 available
In addition, there is a $15/person/night fee applied to every individual staying onsite overnight
Personal tents or trailers are welcome onsite. The $15/person/night fee will be applied.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (25% of total rental fee) is required to secure a booking. A groups booking is not considered secured unless the deposit and booking contract have been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total fees. Insurance Coverage and Liquor License:
A copy of your liability insurance policy to cover your rental must be provided to Cave Springs Camp through email or in person. The policy must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the date of your confirmed arrival. Your insurance policy MUST name Cave Springs Camp, Inc. and the United Church of Canada as “additional insured” or “co-insured” or “also insured”.
Proof of liability insurance must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Your proof of insurance can be emailed directly to Cave Springs Camp directly by your insurance provider.
Should you be serving alcohol, a liquor license is required.
Cleaning Fees and Damage Deposit:
Renters are responsible for leaving facilities as clean as when they arrived. This includes cleaning all materials provided by Cave Springs Camp (i.e. dishes, utensils) All renters are required to remove any garbage accumulated over the course of their visit and put into the appropriate garbage container located behind Hoxie Hall. A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be applied to each rental contract.
A separate, refundable damage deposit of $500 is required upon receipt of the contract.
Renters are responsible for all damage they have done to camp buildings and property. The deposit cheque will be held uncashed and returned to the renter upon inspection of the property by the director. It may be arranged with the director to return the unspent portion of the cheque, however damage and repairs in excess of the deposit are the responsibility of the renter.
A change in booking dates will be allowed with a minimum of 4 weeks notice. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit and booking contract will be required to book new dates. Cancelations are non-refundable.
